Overview
Zeera is a brand-presence site — no visitor accounts, no cart, no payments. We collect as little data as possible, and this page explains plainly what we do collect and why.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact page, your name, email address, and message reach us as an email to our mailbox. The message is not stored in the website's database — it lives only in our email correspondence so we can reply to you.
Where data lives
The site is hosted on Vercel, the database on Supabase, and email at Hostinger. These providers act solely as technical processors — no marketing party ever sees your data.
Their servers are located in Europe and the United States, the standard for most of the web. Anything you send us travels to them encrypted.
How data is protected
Every connection to this site is encrypted over HTTPS — from your browser all the way to our servers. Staff passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes; no employee can ever view one.
Sign-in attempts on the admin panel are logged (network address and time) to block automated password guessing — that log concerns the staff gate only and has nothing to do with your browsing.
The site stores no visitor passwords because there are no visitor accounts at all — the strongest protection is data that's never collected in the first place.
Children's privacy
Some of our products are made for children, but the website itself is directed at adults — parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 16, and nothing on the site asks them for it.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask us: what data we hold about you (very little, as the ledger above shows), to correct it, or to delete it entirely — including removing your email from the newsletter list.
Email us at info@zeera-cosmetics.com and we'll respond within a few business days. We don't ask why, and we don't make leaving difficult.
If this policy changes, we update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Substantive changes are stated plainly, not buried in fine print.
WhatsApp & social platforms
The “Prefer WhatsApp?” link on the contact page opens the WhatsApp app on your device — the conversation happens there and is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not this one. This website never sees or records that chat.
The same applies to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok links: the moment you click, you're on that platform and its policies apply. We embed no tracking code from any of these platforms inside our site.
